PATENTS
Every and each invention which meets the requirements of novelty, inventive activity and industrial application may be patentable. For the inventor or owner, it is garanteed the rights of exclusive use and no one else may manufacture, sell or even use the registered patent without authorization.
A patent application starts by submitting at the Patent Office a descriptive report with claims and drawings. Once this material is presented to our technicians, the report will be prepared according to the law and after submitted, it will be analised so that, if granted, a Letter Patent is valid for 15 or 20 years, depending on the case.
